Care for the in-between

Your care team treats the condition. Mitali is a companion for the life around it.

A serious diagnosis changes more than your health — it reshapes daily life, for the person living with it and the family carrying it. The worry doesn’t keep office hours. The questions arrive at 2 AM. Mitali is built for that part — the life around the condition that clinical care was never designed to hold.

01 — life around the condition

The hardest part rarely happens at the clinic.

Your care team manages the diagnosis — the medications, the tests, the appointments. But most of living with a condition happens after you leave: the fear that surfaces at 2 AM, the question you forgot to ask, the day you don’t feel like yourself, the weight of holding it together for someone you love. None of that fits in an appointment. That’s the part Mitali is here for.

When worry arrives at 2 AM, Mitali helps you find clarity — a trusted space to process what you’re feeling and stay grounded until your next visit.

Follow the Heart path

When the afternoon stretches long and what you need isn’t an answer but a presence, Mitali sits with you — without judgment, without rushing, with the same warmth each time.

Follow the Memory path
02 — the conditions

Mitali is purpose-built for the conditions that change everything.

Mitali is shaped to the specific emotional terrain of a condition — its stages, its fears, its hardest moments — so the support you receive actually reflects the journey you’re on.

Shaped to one condition at a time — grounded in published research, and honest about where its role ends and your care team’s begins.

03 — the people

Two founders. Every condition we build, one of us has lived.

We didn’t choose these conditions off a market map. Mitali Heart, Memory, and Glucose each trace back to someone in this company — a heart surgery survived twice, a father lost to Alzheimer’s, a daughter living with Type 1 diabetes. We build for these journeys because we’re still on them.

Our why

“After surviving two back-to-back open-heart surgeries and a year-long recovery from a staph infection, the emotional journey was as profound as the physical one. No patient should have to navigate that alone — without guidance, without clarity, without someone in their corner at midnight. That’s why Mitali exists.”

John is a health innovation strategist and futurist who brings a rare dual perspective shaped by both the bedside and the boardroom. He has advised global organizations including Novartis, Merck, AstraZeneca, and Hilton across AI strategy, enterprise innovation, and human-centered experience design — and is the founder of GuestAnywhere, a hospitality-technology company he built and sold. At Mitali he leads vision and strategy, brand and product direction, go-to-market and partnerships.

Our why

“My father had Alzheimer’s. Watching him slip away — and watching my family try to hold everything together after each appointment ended — is why Mitali exists. My daughter lives with Type 1 diabetes. I’m not building for a market. I’m building for the people at my own kitchen table.”

Jamil is a Senior Director at Flagship Pioneering, where he partners with a portfolio of early-stage companies — helping shape new ideas and build the technology that gets them off the ground. Across a career at Novartis, Takeda, and Amazon Robotics he’s built analytics platforms, data pipelines, and patient-facing applications designed to hold up under real-world load, and he’s an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional. At Mitali he owns the technology end to end: the voice pipeline, the clinical-safety guardrails, and the infrastructure beneath them.

Built on evidence. Designed for the people who use it.
